Personal Letter (Personal Letter) is an informal letter written to an individual. Usually, involved are two people who know each other very well. 

However, let's explore more deeply about the meaning of this personal letter. 

Quoted from this year, it is stated that: Personal letters are letters you write to people you already know well or have been familiar with, such as family members, friends, classmates or pen friends. So, you can write personal letters to your parents, brothers or sisters, close friends, friends who have lived near you, and so on. 

Structure of a Personal Letter 

• Date = Usually this date is written on the top left. this date 

• Address = This section is the place where you write letters or 

• Salutation & Name = This section writes the greeting and the name of the recipient of the letter. For example: My Dear Lovely Siti, Dear..., Dearest..., Sweetheart, Darling, My love, and others. shows when the letter was written. For example: 12th January 2014 the sender's home address. The address is written on the top right. For example: 35 Senggigi Raya Lombok 75009 East Nusa Tenggara 

• Introduction (Opening) = Usually begins with a sentence like response from the previous letter or it could be the beginning of self-introduction if you guys just started correspondence. 

• Body (Content of Letter) = This section is the content or core of the letter. In this body part, you tell all the contents of the letter that you want to write. 

• Closure = This section functions to close the conversation, indicating that the letter will end soon. 

• Complimentary Close (Greetings Closing)= This section is a short closing expression. For example: With love, Sincerely yours, and others. 

• Signature = This part is under the complementary close, You can put your hand or it can be just your initials just.
